The Consumer World is changing and we are well placed to deliver leadership people solution within this new landscape, helping our clients with the business evolution challenges that lie ahead. Our emphasis is on working with organisations who are focused on New Food, Food Tech, sustainability and broader ESG, Carbon Zero and Purpose before profit industry challenges.

Naturalis works in partnership with a broad selection of Food and Consumer business, from seed investment through to series A and B funded start ups. We deliver a broad and added value people solution that helps the Consumer ‘space’ face up to the many challenges and opportunities.

It is against this backdrop that now, more than ever, there is a need for outstanding leadership teams and talent to define, grow, and transform our client's organisations. 

Alongside the other business' within our group we have started our journey towards become a certified B-Corp.

Our carbon zero recruitment process

Naturalis People are already committed to being a Net Zero recruitment business by the end of 2023, and since the global pandemic we have been truly assessing our impact on the environment and what we can do about it. We have already taken internal steps to reduce our carbon footprint with reduced travel, use of EV’s, sourcing locally and many other initiatives, but it is our solution of arranging global interviews that is creating a problem we want to solve.

Our role is to advise all our clients on how to reduce the carbon impact of a recruitment process and we are fortunate that in 2020, a lot of this happened in reaction to COVID19. However, as the world returns to normality, we recognise the need to create a solution we can deliver for you, which will support your company sustainability goals as well as make you an employer of choice.

The statistics generated from our surveys will be used with the sole purpose of monitoring the diversity of our candidates and employees, and to identify any areas of diversity & inclusion, which may need to be improved.
