Alan is the Founder and driving force behind Naturalis People and is responsible for leading all client engagement across our portfolio of services within the Foods and Consumer sector. During his 20 year career in the Food and FMCG sectors, Alan has successfully managed and owned Search businesses, while being one of Europe's leading Food Head-hunters, completing assignments at Board/C-Suite level, as well as within specific areas of expertise such as Manufacturing, Commercial, Marketing, Production, and Innovation.
Having spent the last decade working within Protein, Dairy, Produce, and Branded Food, Alan has built senior teams and resourcing solutions for many leading food Groups. More recently, Alan has worked extensively within dynamic parts of the sector such a Plant-based, ‘Free From’ and other heavily Sustainability and consumer led Food Categories.
